CONDITIONS OF SERVICE.
SERVICE CONFIRMATION.
If you want to confirm the service, I’ll send you the link for the 30% payment. The service will be confirmed only after payment has been made. The link expires after 24 hours.
PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE.
Balance can be payed by: cash, credit card or payment link.
For services that require multiple transfers or that take place over several days you can pay the balance to the driver or online through a payment link the first day of the service. Without payment of the balance, services subsequent to the first will not be guaranteed.
CANCELLATION POLICY.
For transfer: Full refund for cancellations within 48 hours of service. Otherwise the amount given in advance will be retained.
For tours, weddings and services that require transfers for several days: Full refund for cancellation within 10 days. Otherwise the amount given in advance will be retained.
INCLUSIONS.
Only the services expressly described in the estimate are included.
All our cars are Mercedes: for cars max. 4 pax; for vans max. 7-8 pax (number of pax depends on the type, dimensions and number of bags).
Also include the guide (if present) in the number of passengers.
EXCLUSIONS AND EXTRA COSTS.
If there are extra km or hours compared to the agreed estimate they will be counted at the end of the service:
Additional km cost: €1/km
Cost of additional hours/fractions of an hour: (For disposition: min.4hours guaranteed)
€45.00/h for car. €65.00/h for Van (rate for November-January-February-March)
€50.00/h for car. €75.00/h for Van (rate for April-May-June-July-August-September-October- Dec.)
VAT not included on the quotation price. Night Rate: from 22:00 to 06:00 (italian time): +30% rate-related
Tour guide excluded in all tours. The cost of the tour guide, minimum 3 hours, will be added to the cost of this quote. (if required)
Tickets for museums, attractions, … not included. (if required)
Driver’s accommodation and meals not included. To be added to the estimate and paid by the customer. (if required)
Customer’s meals not included (if required)
